This 2001 converted house is situated at the top of the quaint & historic village of CARDOSO, in Colle area in a o peaceful street. There are wonderful views of uninterrupted countryside from the main terrace, & from the garden which looks out onto the Serchio valley. 

Garfagnana is known as the 'Green lung' of Tuscany, & is certainly totally unspoilt. The house has been thought fully furnished to a good standard, with a perfect balance of old and new - log fire, fitted kitchen, and bathrooms. The property is self-contained with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,2 living rooms with fireplace, kitchen/diner and a wonderful shady terrace.... There is also a laundry area, & enormous additional dining room, garden, outdoor barbecue, and a sunbathing terrace private parking . There is a wonderful feeling of yesteryear staying in this ancient and peaceful village location.
